my grandad said he had 1947 leader and it was a bought the size of a farmall m. anybody what these are i never herd of the before. a picture would be nice.

Looks like the postwar Leader(Leader Tractor Mfg Co., Cleveland, OH) started 46 or so, ran till 52 or so, apparently all smallish, Herc IXB's. People might confuse with the older Leader (Leader Tractor Mfg Co., Des Moines, Iowa)1915 or earlier up into mid-20's or so, some pretty good size per engines.
