It has a Continental engine and is 4 wheel drive (possibly a Jeep chassis). The mower is hydraulically driven. Pictures at "http://members.aol.com/joed6194/index.html". Any ideas what it is?. Thanks. JD

What you have there is a "Topeka Hiway Mower" it used a jeep chassis and drive train, but for some reason it used a continental "red Seal" engine instead of the jeep unit. I think that I have a picture of one around here somewhere that I could scan and send ya if interested. The one that I seen was/is for sale, and had a cab on it.

My vote is for homemade. Could be an old CJ2 or something on that order, would have to see the drive train. Triumph mower, perhaps? Looks like it would be fun on a steep hillside!
