I just picked up 5 3'reel movers. All have a faint brass plate
Indicating Charles H Pugh, Birmingham. Has anyone any info on these mowers or a manual?
I'm assuming the Birmingham is England

Charles Pugh owned the Atlas Chain Company - later to be known as Atco - famous manufacturers of English lawn mowers. Atco name now part of Atco-Qualcast, now owned by Bosch; based at Stowmarket in Suffolk. Charles Pugh also owned Senspray Carburettors. These instruments were fitted to Rudge Whitworth motorcycles up until the early 1920s. Various other members of the Pugh family were involved in the Rudge company.
Must be the same company!!
