I have recently obtained an old (>20yrs?) tractor like I have never seen before. It is a small (~6ft long, 4ft high), 4 wheel drive, 4 wheel hydraulic steering, 3point hitch & PTO, with a 4 cylinder diesel engine. It is made with extremely heavy duty castings for it's size and the pedals and some of the transmission castings have the word "cast" on them. It is painted yellow (original color, I think) and has a couple of stickers saying "Fulghum." It has a label saying Bologna, Italy on it so I think it may have been made there. I'm going to try to resotore it, but I'd like to get any information I can on it. I have been unable to locate anything about it in places I know to look. Anyone here ever seen or heard of anything like this?

That's the name of the tractor...Cast. A Cast sales brochure said: "Italy is the home of beautiful bodies, such as those of Gina Lollobrigida, Sophia Loren, Ferrari...and the fabulous CAST, the superb tractor." I saw a couple of these machines at the Urbana, Ohio, show in 1998, and collected some information about them. I wrote a "Let's Talk Rusty Iron" column about the Cast tractors that was published in the September 3, 1998 issue of the Farm and Dairy, a weekly farm paper published in Salem, Ohio.

It souds like you have a Pasquali
Look and see what size motor you have
and if it is a 997 model or 993 or something to that effect and the horse power will tell more about what size trackort it is and if so you you be interested in selling it.
