I recently went and look at what i thought was a 30 cockshutt. Well i didn't buy it because of the shape it was in. Now a friend of mine(who knows nothing of tractors) has bought this tractor. He had the serial number looked up and he says this tractor is a e-3 co-op. Now, first of all would a e-3 pass as a 30 cockshutt if painted. When i looked at this tractor it was very rusty but i could make out cockshutt on the hood. The man that bought this tractor has promised it to a man out west for 1000 dollars. He paid 600 for it. If he doesnt sell it then i guess we will restore it. Are parts hard to come by? We will need the grills and the large grill surrounding it. How many of these tractors did they make? I will post the serial #'s just as soon as i get them and see if you boys think it is an e-3. Thanks

Co-op 30 Cockshutt 30 same tractor, the differance is the Cockshutt was made in Canada and sold in Canada and painted red.The Co-op was made in Canada and painted Orange and called Co-op`s sold in the USA .The noise strip down the front should say Cockshutt or Co-op.
