Bombardier MPV20 Utility Tractor

I recently purchased one of these tractors in excellent condition with several implements, but cannot find any information about them. The MPV20 has a 3-cylinder Toyosha diesel engine, 4WD, front and rear PTO's and is a two-seater.

Is anyone familar with these tractors?

I have a chance to buy a 1987 Bombardier mpv-20sp with 317hours total time with rear deck mower for 3500 dollars,also the machine is very clean and with great service record.Is this a good deal?

Possibly Massey or Allis Chambers models?

My MPV20 has 625 hrs, front mower, scraper. I made imfamous transmission (mesh and gear) repair with parts from quebec. I'm thinking of selling. Runs great but I need to get the starter to work. Is this site still active???

I purchased one of these a few years ago and have had little trouble with it. I will attest to the high price for parts and the only place I have found them available is in the Montreal area. I am currently looking for a rotatiller for mine and have heard that the Woods unit was built for Bombardier. If anyone out there has a 48" unit they may be interested in getting rid of please let me know.

I found a complete bombadier mpv. Has loader, 3 pt, 2 seats, windshield, vinyl cab. What is it worth? Is it worth $5000.

Has a lot of features that kubota or new holland don't offer.

However.....what about parts....where do you get them. Especially maintenance parts ie filters

I own an MPV20 with a snow blower, front finish mower, and plow blade. I paid $4,500 for mine, service filters can be cross referenced to Wix filters by your local auto parts store. For wear parts and other parts there is a place in Canada (Racine, Quebec) "Pierre Paul Lussier's Garage". They are very helpful (and speak english), their web address is>Link

I am interested in buying a Bombardier MPV20 but I have had troubles finding them. Any chance you are willing to sell yours? I would like to find one in reasonable shape, moderate engine or transmission problems are ok. I would also like to purchase many implements including a mower, blade, snow blower, and bucket.

where did you get parts. found one for sale in michigan. is asking $5000 usd. is is worth it? has loader, cab and 3 pt. plus 4x4.

seems like a lot of good features but don't want to buy it if it is unreliable or can't get parts. thank you for response

I HAVE A 1985 MPV20, ALSO HAVE FACTORY SHOP MANUAL.
TRACTOR MADE BY HINIMOTO JAPAN SOLD BY BOMBARDIER IN CANADA. BOMB... SOLD OUT TO A SMALL GUY IN CANADA MOST PARTS ARE AVALIABLE, BUT HIGH PRICED.

I REPLACED THE CLUTCH SAME AS A KUBOTA. I WAS LOOKING FOR A WATER PUMP THEY WANTED 225 USD.

DID YOU FIND ANY PARTS SOURCES?

WAS TOLD THEY WERE MADE FOR MASSY AND ALLIS, NEVER FOUND ANY.

WHAT DID YOU PAY FOR IT ?

The dealer I purchased the tractor from has a parts source in Montreal I can get the name of if you need it. I also spoke to this company in Alberta that had parts and implements:

I paid $6,000 USD for the tractor with 480 hours on it. It was stored indoors in execellent condition. Included with the tractor was the model 507 push frame, model 509 60" front-mounted mowing deck, model 508 front blade, model 505 front loader, and two sets of wheels and tires.

I'd like to buy a few more implements for it such as the rear counterweight, backhoe, etc. but I can't find much information at all on these tractors on the internet.

What else can you tell me about the tractor?
