Kjetil,
You have a BMB President. BMB stands for British Motor Boats and was a company that,at the end of the War looked around for other areas to work in. They made a range of horticultural hand operated tractors, BMB Hoemate, BMB Ploughmate with an 8hp JAP engine. I have one of these on steel wheels. When you engaged reverse, the control arms lifted over your head and picked you of the ground.
A company called Gunsmith converted the Plowmate to a four wheeled ride on.
The President was the largest tractor built by BMB and had a Morris engine. It ceased manufacture about 1958 59. I will post pictures of the small tractors and some Presidents that I took a few weeks ago, shortly.
regards
Brian
