I am looking for a Graham Bradley toy tractor. Spec Cast made one in the early 90's. Our family used one from 1939 to about 1950. It was the first tractor I drove (1940). I'm now 68. It was a great tractor, a little ahead of its time. Some components were adapted from trucks [brakes and steering]. The axles were a little weak. It did a lot of work for our family.

In mentioning Spec Cast, you may be thinking of a Graham Bradley model made by Rock River in Ohio. I too have been looking for this model for years (I missed the opportunity to buy them new), but have not been able to locate one. They were expensive and a bit rough. The company is no longer in business. Too bad, because they took on several unsual subjects, including a Huber Model B. I was recently told that Teaswater, a farm toy company in Canada, is considering a Graham-Bradley model. This would be great, because this company's past models have been well done. It also tends to do the lesser-knowns.
