Can anyone tell me how to up stick or check the clutch on this unit. I press it in and there is nothing there but grinding when ever I try to put in forward or reverse. This unit is wired 6volt does that make it pre-1952? thanks in advance for any info. Phil Pierce in Horse Cave , Ky.

I too have an old IH H65C. The problem is that i need a water pump (the part is missing)and i do not know my engine model. I was able to buy a cylkinder head gasket with part number 3228 019 R1. I got this by bringing my old gasket. They too do not know what engine i have.

Help pls

I am not familar with the internal workings of your machine. If it has a dry clutch could the clutch disk facings be rusted to the flywhell or pressure plate. Any chance you could start it in gear and drive it with the clutch pedal held down. If it is rusted it should free up in a short while.
