Looking for intake & exhaust manifold for a Model 125 TA Le Roi Tractair. This is not the water cooled manifold but the regular one with the exhaust outlet coming out the front top of the manifold. Tractor serial number is 227X1769. Also looking for parts/service/operator's manual. A Zenith carb is also needed, possible number is 267JB, or maybe 62AJ9, not sure.

Re: Intake and exhaust manifold needed- Have found out that the one I require is also used on the D226 engine that Le Roi supplied to Fox River Tractor company in Appleton, Wisconsin. The part number is 10-302. Can supply picture of same if required. Thanks.

Hey Alberta Mike (Is that your name?), This is a tractor with a compressor built into the block. Four cylinder engine with over head cam and built in two cylinder compressor that run off of the crank shaft. Was used to run jack hammers on road construction. Used in war times to inflate airplane tires and was also used by the railroad. It was made by the Le Roi company which was later bought out by Westinghouse. Some have an Allis Chalmers engine..Some A Buda engine. It's a four speed with a Zenith Carburetor. I need a float for the carb and clutch and pressure plate for engine. These tractors were made into the sixties. About all I know at this poiint..... ..Would appreciate any help locating parts. Mike

LeRoi was an engine company first and made other things second. The 4 cylinder tractors I have seen all had leRoi engines. The same goes for the LeRoi air compressors.

Well, Alberta Mike is my secret agent "code name" on the YT forum. Just Mike from Alberta I guess you'd say. Why I asked the question is that a few years ago, I was at a junkyard (car crusher) type of place and I pulled a tin name shield off something (I don't remember what it was or what it looked like) - I thought that maybe it was off an engine but doesn't sound like it was. Anyways, it is a LeRoi shield, sort of black and orange, has a lion at the top right, the LeRoi name in the center, and sort of a strange T-emblem at the bottom. It is a rounded triange, and long from top to bottom, probably 8" long and 5" wide. So now the mystery is solved. Meanwhile, there is a guy on the forum sites from Ontario, Canada by the name of Mike Soldan and I thought I was responding to him. We've become pretty good friends over the forum discussion site and email each other frequently.
