What do I have to do to paint urethane over enamel?

the enamel has to be dryed or cured if you used a catalyst, enamel are SLOOOW to dry and if you paint over a fresh one the solvent from the new paint will most likely react and lift . if the paint is well dryed no problem if not or if not sure use a good ssealer as a barrier, urethane sealer is best, or DuPont has a non-iso sealer that is good just whatever you use do a light first coat and give good long flash, don'y use epoxy for fear of a solvent issue because of the harsh solvents in epoxy's
