I have read many of the posts here. This is my first time posting myself. I have painted many tractors over the past 15 years and just recently started painting for customers. I tried using hardener in the last 3 tractors I have finished. I have always had great finishes with the 2150 red, desert sunset, and power orange; but with hardener it does not want to flow out to a glass-like surface. Tried more reducer, different air pressures... Anyone else had this problem?

sounds like you need a slower reducer or hardner .if you get acrylic enamel hardner and reducer ,you can get slower products .hardner should allow more flow out and gloss. wear the right mask for the hardner .

Try using IH's hardener that they recently added to their paint line.

I have had similar problems till I used PPG's DXR 80 at the recommended 8:1 mix. This seems to work well for me.

I use the 2150 with hardner and only had this problem except when mixed per the paint instructions(8:1). I use NAPA CrossFire 15117 Super Gloss hardner, don't know what you are using. I mix paint 4:1 and use 55 - 60 psi pressure with good results.
