Can anyone tell me how and what is the best way to paint a horn button that has raised letters the whole center is chorme. What I want to know is there something I can put on the letters to wipe off after I paint the button so the letters will be chrome.I've tried masking tape but it did
'nt work to well. THANKS for any help

With a lint free rag or paper towel dampened with lacquer thinner, wipe the raised letters off before the paint dries. Takes practice, but the results can be nice.

Paint the whole thing, then rub the paint off the raised letters with polishing compound.
