Does anyone know of a good heat resistant paint i could use to paint the verticle exhaust pipe on my Jubilee? Something that won`t burn off the first time i use it.

Thanks in advance,Terry

On the snowsled I use silver to keep under hood temps lower, just the regular stuff from the hardware store. Seems to stink less if I let it dry for a week or more.

As long as black is your color of choice John Deere muffler paint is the best I have found. I have used it on headers for my drag car and my '91 chevy pick-up as well as all sizes of tractors. I think it usually runs $10-12 a can but it works well.

I used rattle-can Hi-temp black from the hardware store on my Ford's exhaust. Stank like the devil first time it heated up, but since then has held up just fine.

I have been using BBQ grill paint on manifolds & exhaust pipes for several years now with good results. Just a rattle can from the hardware store.
