Hey Guys,Sorry to double-dip here on the boards. Just got my 1951 JD MT back from the painter [3-4 weeks ago] and for the most part, it really looks great. Just yesterday at the top and bowl joint [more of the top] of the carb, the paint has buckled/bubbled pretty extensively. I rebuilt the carb about 1.5 yrs ago and used a brand new gasket in there and all of the new parts. i tightend all 4 screws down pretty well too. Whenever i finish running with the tractor, i always turn the gas off and now completely remove the battery. The carb was completely stripped before being painted, but was accidently painted black first [like the starter, generator, etc], but then he painted it green. is there too much paint? Should this be completely stripped and repainted again...any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. If you have any questions, please post and i will answer back. Thanks again, tstex
