Except for the usual dust I'm accustomed to. I plan to let it cure for about a week and color sand it to get the dust out unless you guys have different advice.

Thanks again Rod and Maniac.

I have a little different opinion than Jeremy , below , on how quick to sand and buff clear. Sure , it will sand and buff easier when still soft , BUT, it is my experience that it will continue to "finish" curing AFTER you buff it out and will haze down and need buffed again to bring back the shine. It will of course depend on the exact clear you use. Some of the high speed production body shop clears and some that are intended for infrared bake booths can be gotten on this quick with good results. Usually the tech data sheets will tell guidlines for that product as far as sanding or buffing. Yours is probably one I would wait at least a week in 70+ heat to sand and buff. Then it will STAY shiny!

I used something called Advantage 550 clear and 552 medium hardener. The clear was painted about 24 hours ago and still has a ways to go to get really hard. I may wait rather than risk screwing up what turned out good otherwise.

As always I appreciate everyones advice.

If you are talking about sanding the dirt out of the clearcoat I would sand as soon as possible. I usually start the next morning. The reason is the clear is still a little soft and easy to sand, but the biggest thing is that it will buff out very easily. Good luck.
