hey is there a nother way to take paint off with out a sandblaster? dont have the monney for one right now.

for the sheet metal , i would use a d/a sander, dual action air sander with 120 grit then going to something like 180 to 220 grit for the final removal. for the cast parts, a wire wheel, the knotted one on an angle grinder will do a good job of removing the paint. if you have a high speed 90 degree air grinder, you can use roloc discs on that, they have a pad that looks like a scotchbrite pad. normally used for gasket removal. they are agresive and also will do a good job at cutting thru the paint. you can get the rolocs thru any tool truck, matco, mac, snapon or cornwell.
