Im Really stymied on this?
That Little genius plow I have,
well the wheel,s are a straw color from yrs ago, ,
But,, I know that the wheel,s are supposed to be cream colored,
Could the yrs, and weather faded them to this color from cream color?
I dont think so,
i know that IH didnt do primer in blue underneath, and they didnt paint the steel wheel,s in straw color,
So,, what give,s?
Ive seen the record,s from the paint decision,s
in the ihc archive,s,
But Im still not satisfied,
I just dont wanna redo it in the wrong way, and then it be too late,

Yes, the wheels could change to a straw color, from age, or the chemicals in the air, or other influences. I have seen that with car and truck colors, when re-painting them. It is possible somebody else painted them, and that paint has changed color. As for the blue paint underneath, you never can tell who put that color on it.
