Ordered a fresh air respirator today from turbine products ,was wondering if anyone else has bought one of these. Found it on E bay but bought it direct from turbine products. Lots of customer testimonials as to how good they are. Web sight is www.tubineproducts.com Have had a lung transplant about 6 years ago and just don't want to screw up the good job they did by breathing all the gunk.

Hi Bob,

I have no personal experience with them but from what I have seen, my guess is they are a very tough competitor to the basic Hobby-Air units. A lower price and variable speed to boot. The ability to add longer lengths of hose (in excess of 100ft) if needed, w/o compromizing the delivered air quantity is a big plus over the basic Hobby-Air. I suspect you'll be very pleased with it.

I ordered the one with the tyvek full hood,I wear glass's aand have a beard so thats the one he recomended .
