I finished spraying the skins on my 70 model 135 a couple of days ago. I used Massey dealer paint, acrylic enamel. Anyone know how long it takes to cure to the point that I can color sand and buff?

if you are not using a hardener, and want to buff it, don't be in a hurry. Some of the tractor paint you buy does not get really hard. In the trade we could buff the next day with no problem. Depends on weather, thinner used, and application. again, use very fine paper for color sanding, 1500 or 2000.
