Does anyone have a quick fix for orange peel without sanding out. Just painted my 601 for the second time. Same result as the first orange peel in the same general areas . Everything was prep the same and correctly. Need to know if it can be buffed out if so how and what can be used. Enamel paint was used. Thanks in advance.

Linc, what kind of enamel paint (synthetic or acrylic) & did you use hardner? Next time try a different reducer as that can make a big difference, your gun might have the wrong cap or the air pressure could have been too low & not atomizing the paint enough. Big paint droplets = orange peel. Not knowing the type of paint & if hardner was used I will say the safe way to repair is sand with 600-1000 & repaint with a different reducer & different air pressure or clear coat.
