Hi Walter, With Jason's link to the list I have, you can see that PPG lists (listed?) the IH light gray as 30074. I have an older DuPont-to-PPG cross reference where DuPont 98620 does not cross to PPG 30074 but rather to PPG 30045. Both DuPont 98620 and PPG 30045 cross to Martin-Senour (NAPA) 10391 as you can see here and here. There is no cross to Martin-Senour from PPG 30074. You might want to try your local NAPA store for the 10391. You might also want to verify with your PPG dealer that the 30074 is no longer available in the OMNI line. If your dealer doesn't stock OMNI, he may not be able to mix the color in the premium automotive lines since some of the old tractor colors were never carried forward into the premium product lines. So double check specifically for OMNI. When all is said and done, you may have to go to the extent of actually purchasing a small quantity of a promising code and verify it with your existing sample spots before purchasing the whole amount. Some trial and error work like that is not uncommon in trying to match up old tractor colors. In the end, you may be able to only get close, no matter what you do. Another possibility is DuPont's array of Spectramaster colors. That is a rainbow of many generic colors across the entire color spectrum that should be available in most DuPont chemistries. Ask your DuPont dealer to see his Spectramaster color chips. You might be able to get close that way. That's the only way I can get close to the early AC persian orange with DuPont, despite old DuPont codes - only one of the Spectramaster generic oranges comes close to a match. Rod
