I bought a can of aluminum paint at Farm & Fleet this spring and I opened it last night and it was bad. Is there any way I can get my money back?

Ya sure it is bad? Something about aluminum paint make it look way different from most paints if it has been sitting. I think it is basically clear paint with some aluminum pigment in it. You might try stirring it with one of those drill mounted paint stirrers after you loosen up all the pigment on the bottom with a screwdriver or scraper. It still will tend to settle in the can very quickly. Many light coats with a spraygun will work with the aluminum. I usually paint it over a light basecoat (light grey primer) so I don't need 30 or 40 coats to hide everything. It is pretty transparent stuff.

Couldn't hurt to ask. Worst thing that could happen is if they say "no".
