Hey Glen, Well I made it back last week OK. Only got stopped by the Highway Pe-trol once outside the little town of Laddonia Mo. He just gave me a warning cause I think he saw that humongous air compressor and felt sorry for the poor sob that was going to have to unload it!
Ha Ha.

It's in the shop, now I need to take my silo unloader motor off and then look for a compressor. That old compressor is a Quincy, made over near you. Wonder if they are still in business?

Anyway, thanks for the help and that should fix me up, when I get it fixed up

Answered my own question, did a web search and they are very much in business. Looks like they may be a little pricy though.

gene, glad you made it home ok. i was a little worried with how top heavy that rascal is, didnt want it to dump over on ya in the truck. woulda tore up the bed pretty good....but... i know a body shop that can fixer up for ya!!!!! hey, ya left your 2x board here from the back of your truck. guess i'll haveta plan a trip your way sometime to drop it off for ya!!!! i'll tell momma its a super secret tractor component that is totally unavailable and critical for the entire farming community!!!! (maybe she'll buy it, i dunno!!!)

Well you left that short piece of chain on the top of the compressor, so I'll just trade you. It's just an old piece of 2x8, sure not worth the gas to drive it down.
