I'm restoring a WD45 and have it just about completely apart and was wondering as I put it back together would I be wrong to paint the hard places(like inside the frame) with rattle can paint (Farm Fleet)? I'm taking it to a body shop to have the total tractor done. Will the good paint stick to the spray can paint if I get alittle bit too wide? My neighbor says I'm asking for trouble with doing it that way. But I don't have a sprayer and just as soon not buy one. Thanks for any advice, Mark

Fleet Farm and other supplier paints are not likely to match what your body shop uses. Used Bumper to Bumper AC orange once- never again! Dealer paint was right and cheaper per gallon.

A GOOD body shop will get to those tough places. Not all that hard to do, and will give a better finish than spray cans.
