The last few days we have done some painting on a tractor, not to be show quality, just because we had it torn apart and didn't want to put it back together rusty. The humidity has been very high here (70+% most days recently), but the paint (500 degree engine paint) says to paint at 50%. What will happen? Will it just take longer to cure until the humidity drops, or is it totally ruined? I doubt we actually fire up the tractor until next week. Thanks.

Cast parts will be OK, but if you painted any sheet metal you might get what they call "fish eye"....it would show up as the paint dries.....
