NAPA Triple Etch

I read the instructions on the etching cleaner and I am confused. The instructions say “Rinse well with clean water. Water should curtain with no breaks or beading; if this occurs, repeat. . .”
What does it mean, “ . . .curtain with no breaks or beading?
It is my intent on the body and other casting on my 49 Case tractor to treat with Ospho then the Triple Etch, then lacquer primer, then acrylic paint with hardener.

Thanks Randy

It should "sheet" off, picture what water looks like coming off a tin roof. There is another product called Rass O' Nil, contains phosphoric acid and zinc, I think. You don't wash it off, meaning you don't have to paint immediately afterwards. You can wait weeks or months as long as you keep it dry. Then you use epoxy primer instead of etch. Also, I have heard that if you use lacquer primer followed by topcoat with hardener, that the primer may shrink into the sanding marks after topcoating, thus you will see the sanding marks through the topcoat. If you use a urethane primer with hardener, this won't happen --- I'm no expert, hope someone else responds, I'm curious.
