I JUST USED WINDEX TO INSTALL DECALS ON MY FARMALL. IT GAVE ME A LITTLE OPEN-TIME TO SLIDE
THE DECAL INTO PERFECT POSITION. HAVE OTHERS USED THIS METHOD?
WHAT SUCCESS?

DO NOT USE WINDEX!!! I am with a NASCAR raceing team and until a couple of years ago we always used Windex to install our decals. Then Windex sent a notice to all the teams about their new product having a special chemical that tended to lessen the decal applications. We either use application fluid or the very cheapest window cleaner that Wal-Mart (or whoever) sells. But again Windex says not to use their product. Of course you can always go back to the old three drops of dishwashing liquid in a cup of water method which still works. Good luck

That or soapy water is the recommended procedure.
