A very slight imperfection is left over after wet sanding with 600 grit. Even wet sanded with a rubber block will not seem to eliminate the depression that can only be seen when a reflection is just right. I built up the fender with 4 stages of coatings, 4 layers each. You really have to look hard to find it . Would several layers of clear buffed out minimize the imperfection?

Go about 18 inches over from where the imperfection is and hit it with a 6lb mall. Then no one will see the spot you are talking about.

you no if its that hard to see you might be the only one that notices it.I've painted hundreds of tractors and all were less than perfect. But sometimes the painter sees every mistake and no one else does.If its barly noticeable I would clear it.Then wet sand and buff.I'd bet no one will see it.
