I have tryed sand blasting but the sand gets wet and will not flow. I have a water filter in-line and still get wet sand, how do I get the water out of the air?

Get rid of the sand and use a coal slag product. Much safer. Called Black Beauty. Won't solve water problems but might prolong your life unless you are using special mask to silicone. Link

Be sure your sand is perfectly dry when you pour it in. The long hose is also a help. I use a 40# pressure blaster a lot with little trouble. If you keep having problems go with a desicant filter after the water seperator. The down side of this is the expense of desicant when it is saturated.

If your sand is wet, or the wet sand you take out of the tank. Don't throw it away. I spread it out on a large tarp on a sunny day and then seal it up in clean 5 gal. buckets for later use.

Some other issues. You need a good water filter. Cheap ones don't cut it. You also need to try to keep the compressor running cool. If its worked hard and is hot you'll get more water vapour through it which you have to get back out again. You might try running a long length of air hose between the compressor and the blaster and perhaps coiling it in a bucket of cold water to cool the air. Basically you need to get the air cooled to get the water vapour condensed out of it before it reaches the blaster as basic water filters will take out liquid but not water vapour. The water filter should be at the blaster for reasons mentioned - at compressor most of the vapour will go straight through it. I also have found that depressurising the blaster quickly tends to condenses water in it too so I try to do it as little as possible and as slowly as possible. Bottom line if that water is a hassle. Weather conditions affect it a lot too. Low humidity is best.

Two problems here...First thing you need to do is drain your tank. There should a drain valve on the bottom of your tank. Back off the pressure before you unsrew the cap,,drain water from tank and from the line hose water filter that you have. Second, get the wet sand out of the sand blaster and start over.(buy new sand) Let everything dry out a day or two,,,put in a dry place if possible (not outside),,,,it wont dry out if it is really humid outside. You should be good to go from this point.
