It's time to get a new spray gun to use in painting restored tractors. What do you recommend as a good reasonably priced gun?
Thanks in advance!

It will depend on how much you want to spend and how big of an air compressor you have. I have a Sharpe Platinum that is a professional quality gun but they cost around $300. DeVilbiss has had their Finishline II gun priced at about $140 and I've heard alot of good things about it for the money, they are in the process of replacing it with the III model which will have an all metal design instead of using some plastic like the II did. I was hesitant to spend so much money on a paint gun but I'd have to say it was well worth the money and makes getting a great paint job much easier. Also as far as I am concerned HVLP is the only way to go, they cost a little more but you will save a fair amount of paint with them so they will quickly pay for them selves.
