Was at Sears last night and looked at there HVLP gun, the only one they had was a 100.00 bucks. I think it said was a 20 oz. cup, as I don't have one of these but from what I have read they are about the only way to go for less overspray and better job. How good are these, is this a fair gun or get some other kind and at what price, don't do a lot of painting, just for my self, old JD stuff. thanks Don c

I have never used one -- $100 is cheap, although some people claim cheap guns do a good job. Good paint guns cost $300+. But you can get good refurbished Sharpe guns (a good brand) from www.sharpe1.com for substantially less.
