Six days ago I applied a coat of Nason paint on my tractor rims using a catalyst and reducer. The finish is OK but I could use another coat.

What preparation do I need for the second coat? I am painting outside.

I would sand lightly with 400 grit. Will work better wet, but don't sand through your primer, hose it off, dry, treat with wax and grease remover and give them a couple of more coats. Your paint is essentially cured and I have had no experience recoating without sanding after that long -- next day, maybe.
