When I got ready to paint my Cub Cadet 100 I went to the dealer and he had the correct paint so I asked about reducer and such and his answer was "Just use whatever you can find" so I went to my local parts store and they said everything needs to be from the same product line.I asked some more questions and never got a straight answer so I bought reducer at the parts store and paint from the dealer and it worked well, sprayed nice looks great but it chips if you look at it wrong. Paint and related products seem like black magic these days. Opinions? Thanks in advance. Mike

Case-IH has reducer too. You should use the same brand of product for all procedures, this is the only way to be SURE you got it all right. Not that mixing brands won't work, you just never know. However, the chipping probably has more to do with surface preparation and/or application technique than the use of a different brand of reducer. Painting is relatively easy, the preparation is the hard part.

I have a old interantional one cylinder engine and would like to get a couple of cans of International red in spray cans. Can anyone help me locate this paint?

I buy it from my Case/IH dealer in Washington, GA. It is really great paint for being in a can. I have bought the Tisco brand IH paint over the internet, but that paint doesn't compare to the Case/IH 2150 spray cans.
