Any of you guys ever used a wagner gun to shoot urethane paint? I need to do a fender and door on a Ford truck, no show truck but I want a decent job. Bodyshops want $350-400 to paint just the the door shell and fender, not even installed on the truck! I have a good sized single stage compressor and tank, but I need a new 5HP electric motor. So it's either $300 in tools or $350 to get the job done. I have a power painter which I've used with fair to good results with enamel on my MF 65. Can it shoot urethane? If so, what tip and popper should I use?

Your key words are "fair to good results" on your MF 65. So the short answer is no. Long answer: Don't even think about it. The power painter was not made for automotive applications. The body shop price is not too high by todays standards. Let them install the door and fender and they will either match the paint almost perfect (depending on how good their painter is) or blend it into the sheet metal behind the door, maybe not too important unless you have a super cab. Local body shop charges $500 for a door ding, not the paintless dent removal kind. Also, no matter what your spray equipment is you need a supplied air system for for lung protection with urethane.
