It is 75* in Ohio today and perfect for painting. Question. I would like to spot paint things like the Block, head, inside frame with Dupont Centuri. Can I do this spot painting without hardner and then later cover that with same paint with hardner when I am ready to put on the final coats. Appreciate quick answer as it is a great day to paint here.

Hi Dave, I would strongly suggest that you use hardener in every coat. It will dry fast and be less prone to contamination while you do your other work.

Agree completely. There is also a chance that the uncured, unhardened paint will lift the hardened paint above it. There is no disadvantage to using it, other than Iso's of course.
