I have a 36' F14 and when I paited it I spent alot of thime on reserch. I talked to a lot of the old farmers in the community and many (about twelve) told me the Farmalls of the mid thirtys came all red. It was when folks started removing the steel wheels, cutting the centers out and welding them to a tire rim that the silver started. Then Farmall just started doing it because the ones in the feild were two tone. It could just br storys but thats what my Grandfather did to ours in 37'. I painted my rims silver and have never been told it's wrong. The farmall red didn't change much (unlike Oliver and JD)so you should have no trouble finding the code on this web site.

Ask on the Farmall board, there are many there who can tell you the exact colors. Be sure you give the year of your F-20, as they changed from grey to red in 1936 or 1937 I believe.
