I heard that this paint fades after a few years. Is this true. What is the best paint to use? I'm a couple of days away from painting my A-192 one bottom plow and I have a gallon of 2150 from TSC! Please let me know before I start spraying!! Thanks!!

Carl, the quality of paint is somewhat related to the price. If you get a gallon at Wal Mart or the farm store for $25 it will cover it and be red or green and look good right now. A couple years of setting around and it will fade and may turn chalky on the surface. If you buy automotive enamel for $100 to $200 per gallon it will look like your truck. Leave it set out in the sun for the next several years and with an occasional cleaning and waxing it will still look great. You get what you pay for. With the automotive enamels always use the hardened to get a better, more glossy finish.

I thought I gave my opinion on this the other day.

If you are still looking for reasons to use it, just go ahead. After all, it is your tractor and you can paint it any way you wish to.

Good Luck.
