Where to find wire brush attach for angle grinder

I have a 4.5" angle grinder which works great with the variety of sand paper and grinding discs available. However, for a lot of applications in and around bolts, small spaces, I would prefer a wire brush attach. All I ever see is a wire brush for a drill - to slow to be effective IMHO.

Any tips? places to look?

Around here we can buy those brushes at the farm supply stores or a welding supply store should also have them. If you are working it tight spots a wire brush cup on an air die grinder works great and can get just about anywhere.

Steve, You can get different types of wire brushes for your angle grinder from Sears, Lowe's, Menards or Amazon.
The ones I buy are usually Dewalt brand and work very well.

I saw one from DeWalt, but the center was threaded - my grinder simply 'pinches' the attachments in place....I was going to ask at home depot, but a moron was working the desk at the tool crib.

ok
what you do is thread the wire wheels on and leave the bottom part of the pinch attachment off.
clear as mud?
wire brushes thread on the arbor on all size right angle grinders, grinding wheels are pinched as you say on small ones and are an option on larger ones. sanding disks are pinched on also.
check to see what thread is on your right angle grinder and buy wheels with the same thread. 5/8-11 is real common anymore. Older Milwaukees used 1/2-13, Mikita(sp) used a 10 millimeter x ? and there is also a 10 millimeter x ?? for older Sears and others. I have used adaptors and they quickly break or bend causing the wheel to vibrate or fly off. I no longer try this and just buy the proper wheel for the right angle grinder.

My small grinder is set up the same way. A person attaches the cup brushes by using a thread adapter. I leave mine on all the time and use thread on disks also. The adapters are found at Welding supply stores and sometimes at places like Tractor Supply. Take you grinder with you as there are several different inside threads on the adapters.
