Sure! Use a piece of galvanised pipe, 2 inches in diameter, about 3 ft. long. Mount this pipe vertically on the wall near the compressor. On the bottom end, install a petcock. On the top, you can use a tee that will adapt the air line from the compressor to the top of the pipe, and still allow air to move straight thru the tee. you will want to leave open some of the part of the tee that screws, or is affixed to the top of the pipe, so the water can drip thru into the pipe! The pipe will be pressurized! The air line leaving the water trap must go higher than the trap, to your distribution line, then you have to install drop lines to waist level, to plug your air lines into. Remember to drain the water trap often. the drop lines should also have a short drop pipe, 12 inches or so, below the air outlet, (to trap any other moisture that may have formed), with a petcock on it. If you are going to spray paint, get one of the toilet paper type of air filters that are sold at the paint supply stores. they have a removable rolled paper filter inside, and have a tee type nut to open it up. I think the trade name is a Motor Filter. Also, as a final filter, for spraying pressure (50 lbs. or less,) use the little ball filters on the spray gun handle. they come 2 to a pkg. Rusty Jones

An additional tip for your air line installation---always (well, when feasible) have the air lines run "uphill" away from the compressor! And be sure to drain the tank and air lines occasionally. i have a small water trap on the high pressure side, installed with a quick coupler, then the quick connector for the high pressure air line. For air tools. you can install all kinds of water traps, but still may get a little moisture! And, use air tool oil frequently, but not in spray guns! RJ
