i checked the inside of the door cavity and the primer looks the same all over in there . the certification is for QS 9000 . heres what i found on the web..... .... Certification for
Automotive Suppliers Automotive Quality Systems (QS 9000) QS-9000 applies to all internal and external suppliers of production materials, parts, heat treating, plating, painting and other finishing services to the automotive industry. Major automobile manufacturers are now requiring their suppliers to implement a QS-9000 system and have it certified by a recognised third party. NCS International offers certification to the QS-9000 standard, supplemented by the IASG-sanctioned QS-9000 interpretations. The NCS International QS-9000 certification program is accredited by JAS-ANZ and is recognised by automobile manufacturers as complying with their requirements. Certification also provides a means for suppliers to ensure that their system is working to its maximum potential, and allows problems within the system to be identified and corrected, thus increasing consumer confidence in the supplied product. i am ass/u/me ing i have the electrodispersed primer. thanks for the help .

Hello,
Full coverage inside is an good indictation you have the electrodispersed primer. Metal still rusts as easily as ever but the way it is protected with the electrodispersed primers has dramatically increased resistance to rust. Based on the information you found, I'm as sure as I can be without seeing it that it has electrodispersed primer. It sounds like the industry has adopted a standard calling for it so cut-rate insurance companies can use these parts instead of paying higher prices for the OEM parts. One other thing you can do is when you prime over it is test it by spraying a small spot and letting it dry to be sure it doesn't lift or wrinkle the original primer. Epoxy will usually dry and be ready for recoat in 30 minutes or less depending on air temperature. As hot as it is in Virginia right now, 15 minutes is probably all you need to test it with epoxy.
