Just finished with the Dupont/Nason 2K Urathane primer yesterday. I sprayed 3 coats on everything. It builds, blocks and wet sands real nice. Just layed down 5 coats of silver 2k urathane paint on the rims. Man, IMHO this is the best paint for the money. It looks clear coated when it dries and is hard as a rock. Hopefully Ill get to the red this evening. Need some good protection for this stuff though. It will harden your lungs till you just stop breathing OUCH!!

Yeah, and if ya get too much of the ISO's in yer lungs, you'll end up with "no-breathing" attacks like i get! I painted cars and trucks for many years with the new acrylic enamels with hardener. The paint reps never told us it was harmful, and the paint masks in use at the time wouldn't filter out the hardeners, just the paint overspray! Now, many years later, if i'm anywhere painting is going on in a body shop, if i don't get away fast, i go into a full asthma type attack! So, don't fool around with it, get an air supply mask, or make one out of a regular mask. I did. Later! But too late! Any way, if you want to make an air supply mask, plug off the places where the filters are supposed to go, and in one of those places, fasten in an air fitting. Using an oilless air compressor, feed that air into the mask thru the inlet fitting you installed in the old filter area! The exhaust valve will be o.k. to use. you can buy a light weight air hose for the mask. drape the air hose around your neck, or use a light weight strap, to hold it up, and go paint! But, be sure the mask fits good! As for your eyes, some say the paint bothers them, too, but i've not had any problems with my eyes, and i quit painting 25 years ago! by: Rusty Jones
