Always Glad to offer opinions and insight. However, When I read " I can get it in any color that ppg or dupont has." That makes me think of selling. A google search will bring you mixed results from other discussion forums. Some car painters didn't like the texture and found it hard to spray. I believe it is an industrial Urethane originally marketed to the oil drilling industry. I have seen industrial urethane offered as an option on trailers. Those i have seen have less shine than an automotive urethane and weren't glass like smooth in appearance. I don't know what brand those industrial urethanes were, or how skilled the trailer painters are. The same guy who can do certified welds may also have to be the paint man as needed. One website i saw was selling it for slightly more than a gallon of PPG's omni line of urethane and that was without shipping. It has it's place in the paint world, Sounds ideal for a steel bridge. One has to choose between auto quality and other enamels when painting a tractor. Some are perfectly happy with a rattle can and don't consider the look, durability or shine factor, as they keep their equipment in a shed. Whatever you choose as a top coat, you can't go wrong with 2 part epoxy primer to protect the metal from rust, preferably over bare metal. Road salt is a factor on vehicles in the northern states and Canada, not usually a factor on tractors.
