Getting ready to do a restoration on a Cub Cadet garden tractor. Here's my thoughts on how to go about it.Someone want to tell me if I'm right or wrong?I'm thinking tear it down completely, strip every piece down to bare metal, prime each piece, put the tractor together, take a spray bomb and paint the "Hard to reach" areas, and then take it to a "pro" and let him lay on a nice smooth finish. Then bring it back home and add the Wheels and tires and anything else that won't be yellow.Does that sound like a good plan??Any thoughts, good or bad will be great. Thanks!

Your plan might might work for you, but I wouldn't do it that way. I don't like spray bombs. The whole tractor should be painted with the same paint. Spray bomb primer and the stuff you use to paint the "hard to reach areas" may not be compatible with the pro's topcoat. You have two choices. (1) Although I don't like spray bombs, paint the whole thing with them while disassembled, and paint the removed parts separately, then reassemble, or (2) see if you can get a pro to do the same thing. Only my opinion.
