I have a DeVilbiss Finishline HVLP gun, and am very impressed with it. I am rather new to painting, and have only painted my Farmall Cub. The disposable liners that the DeVilbiss guns have make cleanup a snap. At $135 this gun was a bargain.

I bought a HVLP Ingersoll Rand for $99 at Tractor Supply. I have only primed with it but it seems like a pretty good gun.

Sharpe FineX is a nice, low cost gun. I think you can buy a 2 gun package for about $150. Having a dedicated primer gun is nice because it takes some work to really clean out the primer before you try to use the same gun for finish.
Check out Harbor Freight for a sandblaster. They have several different ones. I would stay away from any kind of a siphon unit. Go with the pressurized pot ones.
