I will be using 1K (OMNI) paint from PPG
I would like to use MP-170 as a rust block.

Spec sheet says to mix with MP175 catalyst.

Doesn't catalyst mean there will be iso's used for primer to cure as opposed to dry, or am I reading something into this that isn't there ?

Hi Stan,

Normally the use of the term catalyst or hardener or activator implies isocyanates. Fortunately, the MP175 catalyst is one of the few exceptions. No isocyanates in it. See the MSDS here.
