Can an electric power sprayer (like the Wagoner Power Sprayer) be used to paint equipment? I don't need a show job but do want it to be a good prime and paint job. Anyone ever used one? Also They have a HVLP Wagoner also, but it is pricy.

i would buy one of thosse thirty dollar cheepy air spray guns before i would use a wagner.hvlp spray guns are used in production shops due to epa regs.for a home tractor job i definatly would not consider that factor.provided you have an air compresser.any more questions about painting feel free to e-mail me cause i paint cars all day long.the last spray gun i bought was 600.oo dollars and it doesnt spay a whole lot better than one of those cheepy ones, just better atomazation and alot more durable

Thanks for the info. I was also concerned about the electric wagoner and risk of fire/explosion. I don't if it is an issue or not. The only reason I would consider it is portability. My hobby farm doesn't have electricity and it is a lot easier to carry a small generator and small sprayer than a compressor and paint gun and generator.
