Would love to hear if anyone has a half easy way to remove oil and grease on engine and frame before paint. Thanks

Try purple power from walmart, its the best degreaser I have found.I spray it on and keep it wet for a while and then use the pressure washer on it.

After you get it off the paint still needs to be sanded so the primer will stick. Cast is hard to sand, and the paint is usually in lousy condition, so I usually chemically strip the paint, remove all the inevitable rust with a wire brushes or some sort of sanding disk on an angle grinder or drill, then go over the whole thing several times with wax and grease remover. Be sure to remove ALL the chemical stripper, or it will strip your new paint.

About the only way your going to take of years of oil, grease and dirt is with a hot water pressure washer. That usually will take of most of it and if you play with some soap and let it soak in between coats of grime you can get most of it off and in condition to paint.
