I've been given a copy of PPG's color information sheet bullentin for tractor and implements, date December 1977. Is this the same one you used for your website? This one lists IHC blue 10067 and yours didn't. Would you like a copy?

Jason,

The list on my site is dated June, 1984. The original indicates it supersedes "Bulletin" December, 1977. Hmmm, I wonder why they apparently dropped the IHC Blue?

I have always believed that the list I have may not be a complete list. It's title is "Additions to Tractor & Implement Color List". Is the IHC Blue 10067 the only obvious difference between the list you have and mine? If so, I'll just add it to my list, assuming it was an inadvertent deletion by PPG in 1984. If your list is otherwise more extensive than mine, yes, I would love a copy. And Thanks.

CNKS - if you are reading this, is there such a thing as IHC Blue? Do you have any confirming info regarding the 10067?

Ken,

Jason is going to snail mail me a copy of his list. I will then update the existing list that I have posted on my web site to inlude any additions/changes from Jason's list. I expect that would be done by the end of the week. You could then pick it up from there. Alternatively, I can email you a copy when I have it all in electronic format. Keep in touch.

My list says Trucks and green diamond engines. This link may help some -- it's not complete, but has a lot of info.

There is more than one IH blue. Since I don't have any IH implements, I have never had to determine which was correct for a given time period. However, one of my lists gives the following for what I believe to be the blue in question. The IH number is 1150B. It crosses to PPG 10067,(as noted)/SW 3736/DuPont 24160 and (forget it) Van Sickle 460. I don't know if any list is absolutely complete. The link is from the IH section of the Wisconsin Historical Society, and contains the IH paint decisions from almost the beginning of IH, along with numerous other info. I have not studied it, but buried in there somewhere are at least most of the IH colors and color schemes.
