I recently got a good deal on an IH 1701 loader that I intend to install on my 340. As you can see from the photo, it is in serious need of a good sandblasting, primer, and paint. Does anyone know the white paint number IH originally used on their loaders? I"ve used OMNI 170 epoxy primer on my tractor projects - any reason not to do the same on the loader? - would like maximum durability. Thanks.

the IH color no. is 59664 for DuPont,maximum durability would be DuPont Industrial Imron 3.5 with Corlar 2.1 epoxy primer. te problem is 59664 has not been formulated in industrial Imron yet, you could have your paint supplier put in the request for you or look at the Industrial color chart for some other white that you like or it is available in fleet Imron 5.0, you could use that which is super duarable, it is the Imron that most people are used to, not many people are aware of the industrial line.
